Después del disco de Alexisonfire, Dallas vuelve con su proyecto en solitario. El adelanto, pues lo de siempre.

"Meant to Be'' is a deeply personal song. I hope it resonates with you however you may need it to. It's the first track that I wanted to share from an album I'll be releasing in the new year. It is the most emotionally challenging yet rewarding record I've ever made, a true healing process in the face of unimaginable loss. I am immensely proud of it and of everyone who lent a helping hand in bringing it to life.

I'll be sharing more songs and information as the months unfold. I want to extend my gratitude for the continuous support you have always shown me. Thank you for giving me a space to work through the turbulence of life with my music.

The Love Still Held Me Near was born out of unimaginable loss and the journey through the grief and heartache that followed. It’s about digging deep down into yourself in an attempt to unearth hope and light in the things that can comfort you through those times.

Writing and recording music has always been a way for me to deal with the turbulence that life sometimes throws at you. I hope this album resonates with you however you may need it.

El tema nuevo me ha gustado. El vídeo esta noche.

Muy bonita también la nueva.

Dos de dos, esta última me ha encantado.

Otra más. La verdad que sin ser nada nuevo, el disco tiene una pinta estupenda.

Escuchado el nuevo. Otro buen disco en su línea sin sorpresas. Quizás echo en falta un par de temas más moviditos porque es casi todo el mismo ritmo a medio tiempo todo el rato y para durar una hora se hace un tanto monotono. Curiosamente el que puede que sea el mejor tema del álbum se encuentra en la parte final: "The Water Is Coming".

Adaptándola un poco, "A Little Mercy" podría haber estado perfectamente en el último de Alexisonfire.

Pues me está gustando el disco sin ser la bomba. La parte central se me cae un poco, pero el principio y el final me parecen muy buenos.

Otro buen disco de esta gente. Los conocí con el "If I should go before you" y todo lo que he escuchado tanto anterior como posterior me ha ido funcionando. Quizás, al contrario que a rear, a mi a sido con este disco con el que empiezo a sentir señales tipo : "esto ya me viene pareciendo más de lo mismo... de más". No obstante ha sido una primera escucha y puede que me vaya mejorando, que me suele pasar con ellos. De momento destaco sobre todo Underground, Without warning y The water is coming.

La verdad que me está creciendo mucho en las últimas semanas. Hay ganas de verle en el Mad Culo.
