Lo de Akerfeldt+Wilson+Portnoy me congratula mucho pero hasta que no vea imágenes en estudio o algo tangible no me lo termino de creer, que llevan hablando del proyecto ni se sabe la de tiempo. Soy un escéptico

Con el disco de Anathema vino una hoja promocional (que ya no se donde metí) con los próximos lanzamientos del sello y aparece lo de Blackfield III entre otros, pero me ha dicho un pajarito que no cuentes con ello hasta 2011.

Para lo de Insurgentes si que no tengo fuente pero tarde o temprano cuenta con ello porque el contrato era para 3 o 4 discos en solitario creo recordar.

“I started writing with Mikael [Åkerfeldt] last month, finally. It’s still in the very early days. We wrote about 15 minutes of music last month in my studio near London and we’re very excited about it. I think people are going to be very surprised by the direction. If they’re expecting some kind of death-metal-progressive rock, they’re going to be surprised [because] it’s not like that,” Wilson continues.

“If you put the two of us together, the last thing we’re going to do is something similar to what people already know from our most high profile project. It’s very arty, very ambitious; it’s going to be epic. We’re still writing. [It’s going to be] very dark, very twisted, very experimental. It’s still rock music, but we’re trying to do something really, really special and really different with this.”

This is a pretty well developed SW demo for a project he and Mikael Akerfeldt (Opeth) have been planning to put together for a few years now. It has been widely bootlegged, but incorrectly attributed to Porcupine Tree, since it comes from the same period as several demos for the In Absentia album circa 2002.

El tema que tengo yo en el "Out Absentia" se llama Wet Ribbon pero me imagino que será el mismo tema, aunque dura 10 segundos menos

Lo de ese set list no es sorpresa, Wilson lo aviso:

Next we will be going to Greece (first shows there in 5 years), then to New York, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, and finally finishing up at the Royal Albert Hall on 14th October with a 3 hour show including a lot of music from the 90's we've not played before, or never played with Gavin (that will be the show we do in NYC too). Following that I'll be returning to the studio to continue working on 3 new studio records already in progress (SW solo album 2, Blackfield III, Akerfeldt/Wilson "Storm Corrosion"), all to be released throughout 2011.

Yo veo muy probable que el proximo dvd, blu-ray sea el concierto de Nueva York o el del Royal Albert Hall.

Ya han dicho que no iban a grabar ni este concierto ni el de RAH en vídeo, si acaso en audio.

¿Donde lo han dicho?, seria una pena, ya que el set list me parece excelente y diferente a lo que habian hecho.

Ahora mismo sólo recuerdo una entrevista en la página de Roadrunner, pero sé que lo han dicho por activa y por pasiva en los últimos meses. Al parecer por grabar en vídeo en cualquiera de estos dos sitios la banda salía perdiendo una auténtica fortuna. Y bueno, leyendo reviews del concierto se menciona que no había cámaras. Una pena, la verdad. Aunque sé que graban el audio de todos sus conciertos, así que hay esperanzas de que lancen unos CDs bien majos en el futuro.

En Nueva York no habia ningún tipo de despliegue de cámaras ni micros especiales que suelan emplearse en conciertos a incorporar a un DVD
