“About a month ago we mentioned that we have a live DVD in the works to complete the Death Magnetic experience and leaned on you to help us decide which songs would be on the main disc. As promised, we’re back now with more details on that DVD, Quebec Magnetic (!?!) which will find its way to your local retailer, online store, Metallica.com and favorite digital provider on December 10, 2012.
This release is a first for us… yes boys and girls, the DVD and Blu-ray will be come out on our very own label in North America! There are still some “i’s” being dotted and “t’s crossed, so we can’t give you a name or fancy logo just yet, but we’re pretty excited that for the first time we get to hold all the reins on a release from start to finish. Since we now get to call all the shots, the double DVD and single disc Blu-ray will be available for a price we thought was very Metallica fan friendly – suggested retail will be $15.98 for either format.
Just in case you missed the first story, the DVD was shot by our long time cohort Wayne Isham, capturing the two World Magnetic shows in Quebec City in the fall of 2009. You were kind enough to help us select the set list by voting here on this site [Metallica.com], choosing the songs played in setlist number two as the main program. All the songs played at those two shows will be included on the DVD/Blu-ray…”

Más que nada para amortizar el no sacar nada, que el Death Magnetic a lo tonto es de hace ya 4 años

Quieren sacar de una vez por todas material nuevo, y no estar sacando descartes y dvd´s del death magnetic que ya tiene 4 años con la tontería, disco que por cierto no me gusto mucho, aunque lo prefiero a sus engendros St.anger y Lulu. Y es que ya va siendo hora de que saquen nuevo material para olvidar su horroroso Lulu, nos lo deben a los fans por ponerse a hacer experimentos raros con Lou Reed.

Es que no es un disco de Metallica con Lou Reed, es un disco de Lou Reed con Metallica (espero que se entienda el matiz)

El And Justice For All es un discazo mal producido, el st.anger es un puñado de pocas buenas ideas y con unos pocos momentos de lucidez estirados a mansalva, con un rollo y ambiente muy nu-metal y experimental, que no le pega nada a metallica.

prueba a poner ese disco en un buen equipo de musica a un volumen alto y luego me cuentas si esta mal producido, ese disco suena genial, es un gustazo escucharlo en un equipo decente, todo suena muy cercano, incluso el bajo, yo si lo escucho

Metallica es uno de los grupos grandes que no ha sacado ningún recopilatorio oficial... pero joder, lo que son dvds y directos varios ya van sobrados... y se están sobrando los últimos años. Que si Nimes, México, Big Four, ahora esto otro y la película preparada en 3d...
