No voy a poner en duda de que el Clockwork mola y es un discón de arriba abajo, peroooooooo... soy el único al que "Give 'Em War" le parece lo mejor que han hecho hasta ahora estos chavalines?

Por cierto, muchas ganas de que llegue lo nuevo. Están en un momento de forma espectacular y eso hay que aprovecharlo

A mi me parece bueno, hay 3 o 4 temas muy gordos, pero en conjunto... buf, el Clockwork es demasiado redondo.

Puede haber dudas con el Give 'Em War pero creo que el primero es bastante inferior en todo.
Menos mal que cambiaron de cantante y estilo por que sino buff, la primera demo:

Ostias ese tema Heavy clásico a muerte, no tenía ni idea de que al principio eran así.

Me referia al Evil Unleashed. Pero es que además de esas cuatro no hay mucho más. Y el Give 'Em War tiene al tema homonimo, Thrash Attack, Free your soul, Corruption, Vomitive, So Unjustly, In The Heart of Nations...

Hombre es que el Evil Unleashed no tiene nada que ver con la demo (en todos los LPs canta Guillermo. Es la misma formación, vamos). A mi me parece el más original de todos estilísticamente aunque el sonido es sin duda el peor y las canciones no están tan trabajadas con los posteriores. Pero yo si recuperaran ese tono más melódico no me importaría nada, de todas formas no os preocupéis porque dicen que el sonido va a ser "más duro y más crudo".

Spanish Thrash Metallers ANGELUS APATRIDA never rest! Only two days after the last show of their extensive 'Clockwork Tour', the band entered Ultrasound Studios in Moita, Portugal, together with producer Daniel Cardoso (Anathema, Anneke Van Giersbergen, etc) and sound engineer Hugo Andrade, with whom they already previously worked for their much lauded "Clockwork" album, which marked the band's first release on Century Media Records.


This new album will be released sometime before the summer of 2012 and still doesn't have a title, but some details started surfacing already: ANGELUS APATRIDA are recording 10 new tracks and 2 additional songs for bonus use. Some of the songtitles are "It's Rising!", "You Are Next", "Blood On The Snow", "Violent Dawn" and "Still Corrupt". They will also record a special cover track and the artwork for the album will again be done by Brazilian artist Gustavo Sazes (Arch Enemy, Firewind, The Crown, etc.), who's currently finishing the last details.


Guillermo Izquierdo (guitars and vocals) stated about the new songs as follows: "We are working on an album that's gonna be, without any shade of doubt, our most mature material. This time we have been able to do a pre-production of the whole record with Daniel Cardoso and it turned out to add a fresher taste in both the music and vocal melodies."


ANGELUS APATRIDA recently escaped from studio's routine on the night of Dec 9th to play a gig in Moita's Live Caffé that also helped testing the new material on-stage. Highlights of the recently finished 'Clockwork Tour' include several runs of headlining shows in Spain, national support for Slayer and Megadeth as well as two European tours with Skeletonwitch / Warbringer and then the "Bonecrusher Tour 2011" with Dying Fetus, Keep Of Kalessin, Carnifex and many others.

Ya está todo grabado, es cuestión de tiempo...

Estos chicos no paran. Me da que va a ser otro discazo a la altura de Clockwork. Give 'Em War y Evil Unleashed tambien son discazos, pero creo que el ultimo es en el que mejor suenan y donde muestran su madurez sin perder un apice de personalidad.

No se cuando saldrá, pero me ha dejado asi lo rápido que lo han hecho. Pero si no han parado de tocar!
