Esta noche me pongo con él.

Lo acabo de escuchar. Mucha parte lenta pero entra de maravilla. Muy melódico todo, tanto vocal como instrumentalmente.

La parte final de creator of god...

Te mete un tema electrónico popero y luego chillidos y guitarrazos, otro tema con extra de calma para echarte la siesta, cosillas ambient, industrial, guitarras acústicas...es como ponerte un aleatorio pero con la voz de Greg en todos los temas.

Bastante loco todo. Una horaza el disco por cierto, me faltan todavía 5 temas.

Me ha gustado pero la verdad que te corta el rollo un par de veces con tanto cambio de estilo, luego la parte final son todas más o menos lentas....

Pues ha adelantado el disco debido al leak a...HOY.

“I can’t believe this is a thing someone thought would be cool to do to an independent artist in 2020, but some dipshit reviewer(we know who it was, they’re individually watermarked, he’s already being dealt with etc) leaked my record two days ago. Pretty cool dude, I hope you feel like the cool kid in school now. Younger me would’ve put his name out there for everyone to see, but hey guy…it’s all good. You do you.

What we ARE doing is using it as an example of how to be adaptable and flexible and roll with the punches, so we’re releasing the high quality digital version of the record now on Bandcamp, and the streaming sites(Spotify, Apple, etc) will get the record on Friday, October 9th.

Shit happens and you gotta move quick to adapt. I don’t mind a little chaos. Would I like everyone to go grab a high quality digital copy or check it out next Friday streaming? Yeah, that’d be cool.

I’d much prefer what I’ve been working on creating, recording, and readying for the last 18 months to be heard in an actual high quality format from front to back rather than some low quality rip from some goober’s leak. Either way, happy October, the record’s out three weeks early.

Vinyl will still be shipping around the original release date of October 23rd. We still have some copies of the European variant and the Australian variant left…feel free to check ’em out, along with various pieces of merch. You can find those links at the Federal Prisoner website… That’s the important part for me right now. I just want everyone to hear the record the way it was intended to be heard.

We’re also cooking up something cool and related….I can’t really spill the beans on that yet….but will do so very very soon.

So to recap: fuck piracy, fuck that dude that leaked my record, support independent arts and culture(more now than ever), the album’s out now, some other shit is gonna be announced soon, hope you’re all staying sane and safe, keep your wits about you and have some empathy and tolerance for one another, and stay intolerant of being turned against each other.

El disco es una PASADA, pienso que será uno de los discos del año. Le veo influencias de TDEP, NIN, Mike Patton... mucha variedad super bien hilada con un sonidazo de lujo. Y Greg saliéndose como siempre, es escandalosamente bueno

Muy, pero que muy de acuerdo, Wakibu, es una pasada de álbum.

Lo estoy escuchando ahora y me está gustando mogollón. Sobretodo el contraste entre temas más lentos, mas cercanos a The Black Queen, y el Shoegaze pasado de rosca más duro y mas cercano a Dillinger.

No se ha quedado corto, todas sus inquietudes musicales se encuentran en este disco, y sus influencias, incluso temas más intimos como You Know I Do suenan de lujo, con ese aire new wave. Greg es un tío grandísimo, y para colmo a finales de este mes nos regala nuevo disco de Killer Be Killed, un crack en toda regla.

Me espero a que lo saque , total es esta semana

Aun tengo que darle mas escuchas a esta movida porque el trabajo es largo y variado, pero que putas cancionacas que tiene. Me ha dejado loco, aunque tambien es verdad que nunca he profundizado en la musica de este pavo, por lo q me ha sorprendido muchisimo. Ya que todos los registros q toca en el trabajo los hace de 10.

Down when I'm note me tiene in love. Q puto temarraco, entre otros, pero este me toca la fibra q flipas. Ademas me hace gracia porque me recuerda cantando este tema a Jota de Los Planetas.

Pinta a joyita buena. Para mi toda una sorpresa
