Last Agony put on display an unrivaled sonic assault of primitive cruelty and raw hostility, thrusting influences ranging from European early heavy punk bastions like Doom, Anti-Cimex and Electro Hippies, to Japanese d-beat noise deviants in the vein of Gauze and Deathside, all the way to primitive grindcore vanguards like Repulsion, Extreme Noise Terror, early Napalm Death and Terrorizer into a blown out and noise-corroded terrorscape of total anarchy and chaos.




Inspired by ancient black and death metal forces like Inquisition, Incantation, Morbid Angel, Immolation, and Archgoat as well as by occult scriptures found in ancient monotheistic doctrines and theology, "With Joy and Ardour Through the Incommensurable Path" is a supernatural extreme metal crucible that plumbs the darkest depths of sonic ruin and of deviant arcane esotericism to harness the primordial order from chaos and the inaccessible truths on mankind's true nature and existence that it harbors.




Whatever slough of agony and despair birthed Kwade Droes must be godforsaken in the extreme because this is the most nightmarish bolus of sanity-ripping black metal I’ve heard since Skáphe & Wormlust’s hellish ‘Kosmiskur hryllingur’. Dissonant, lo-fi tremolo riffs are torn apart by bloodcurdling shrieks, staticky diatribes sampled from radio broadcasts and demonic chorales until panic sets in and obstinately refuses to leave. Genuinely disturbing.

Discazo de black, banda de Argentina, lo he visto en el canal de Amusia y no lo había escuchado porque no estaba en Spotify, pero ya está:

Y esto me está encantando. Con miembros de Negură Bunget se han sacado este discón que mezcla black, prog y folk de una manera brillante. Super recomendado

Por lo que he escuchado por encima estos dos tienen pintón. De primeras me ha atraído mucho el de Seth, pero el otro tiene pinta de esconder sorpresas.

Veamos que se cuentan.

Hay deberes con el de Panopticon y algunos de esta última página que tienen buena pinta como Seth y Dordeduh.

Otro más de post-black-whatever desde Austria.

El de Seth me ha parecido un discazo TREMENDO. Para el Top del año casi seguro.

Lo estaba esperando como agua de mayo. De momento no han fallado, a ver qué tal

El de Panopticon es cremita pastelera y el de Grey Aura de páginas atrás, también.

Bien majo el nuevo de los griegos. Recomendable para los amantes del black atmosférico.



Brutal tech death a todo trapo, me ha flipado. Hachazo, esta vaina está hecha para ti

El de Panopticon me está flipando, aunque quiero seguir escuchándolo a fondo, pero de momento lo dicho, no falla.

Muy fino el de Seth también (no me mola una mierda el nombre del grupo, por cierto, no les pega ). No inventa nada pero como ejercicio de estilo muy bien

Lo de Panopticon no sorprende, pero sigue siendo igual de bueno.
