Al fin!!!! Tenemos titulo y presumible mes de lanzamiento del disco: Se llamará "Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes" y saldrá en Noviembre.

titulon, .... de hecho SD son de las pocas bandas que nunca nos han fallado, .... discos excelentes cada cierto tiempo, pero excelentes, ... como Tool, como Slayer, ........ nunca han grabado nada malo, ... jejeje

You read it correctly, Social Distortion have officially announced the release of their new album Hard Times And Nursery Rhymes due out January 18, 2011. The guys don’t waste any time getting to business on Hard Times And Nursery Rhymes with the long awaited instrumental intro “Road Zombie,” which sets the tone for the next fifty five minutes. Followed by some new sounds with songs like “California (Hustle And Flow),” which includes backing gospel singers and greasy solos. A quoted nod to the Stones and sure to give you the chills. Rest assured that you’ll find some familiarity with songs you’ve been hearing on the road such as “Diamond In The Rough” and “Bakersfield.”

Be sure to keep your ears peeled for the band’s first single “Machine Gun Blues,” a grinding modern day Bonnie & Clyde outlaw style anthem. “Machine Gun Blues” will be available for download via iTunes on November 16.

Viendo el tracklist, hay 3 o 4 temas que ya he escuchado en directo y os aseguro que molan, especialmente la última "Still Alive".

Compra fijísima el dia que salga, y no hay mas que hablar.

Social Distortion NUNCA decepciona en disco.

Mike Ness y cia nunca me decepcionan.... los adoro!

En cuanto al diseño (por rellenar mi intervencion) a mi no me molan nada las letras del nombre del grupo... pero el resto esta bien...

Y pinta a q l amigo Ness va acercarse aun mas a su vertiente mas clasica...
me imagino q habra bastante presencia de teclado q ya en directo ya llevaba...

A ver fans de Mike Ness y compañía, ¿Cual es vuestro disco favorito o el que más os haya marcado? Yo me quedo con "White Light, WHite Heat, White Trash", pues esa vuelta a sus raíces punk les quedo genial.
