nose xk yo tamb pensaba ke estaban separados o algo por el estilo. me alegro de esta noticia, les descubri hace poco (practicamente en enero y febrero solo tenia oidos para el Eternal kingdom y The beyond) y han llegado a mi top personal, y eso ke aun me falta por procesar Salvation.

Pues si es que te falta vas a flipar, para mi Salvation es el que más me gusta sin duda.

Ayer me puse el "Somewhere Along the Highway" (hacia mil que no lo escuchaba) y tiene sus momentazos

Dark City, Dead Man es el tema.

A mi el Somewhere Along The Highway me pone los pelos como escarpias, es mi disco favorito de esta gente de largo y en mi opinión uno de los 3 mejores discos de post-metal ever.

Qué bueno, el 1º y el Somewhere along the highway me flipan y el resto aunque los tengo originales no les he oido mucho, en especial el Eternal kingdom que no sé si lo he escuchado siquiera, ¿qué tal está?

El Somewhere along the highway también es para mí su mejor disco de largo, una puta pasada, y eso que los otros también me gustan otro tanto.

El Eternal kingdom está de puta madre, aunque baja un pelín el listón. Los temás son en general más cortos, y es un pelín más accesible, pero los arreglillos electrónicos le dan un toque muy personal. Lleva el sonido del grupo un pelín más allá, y dejando fuera que guste o no guste, es un paso adelante.

El Eternal kingdom está de puta madre, aunque baja un pelín el listón. Los temás son en general más cortos, y es un pelín más accesible, pero los arreglillos electrónicos le dan un toque muy personal. Lleva el sonido del grupo un pelín más allá, y dejando fuera que guste o no guste, es un paso adelante.

Me lo puse ayer y está bien chulo, a ver por donde tiran con este.

Y justo un año después de la última respuesta, por fin hay noticias de verdad acerca del nuevo trabajo.

Cult of Luna is returning to tour in 2013, showcasing their first studio album in 5 years: ‘Vertikal’

The album will be released at the beginning of the year, and is thematically influenced by the film ‘Metropolis’: a hypnotic backdrop of machinery and repetition. Before we started writing we were keen to find a theme that in a very direct way could be shown through the music, and we hope to have achieved this. We developed clear structures – very linear, refusing to over complicate the writing process.

We realise fans have been waiting for what seems like an age for us to return to the live arena properly, but we were not keen on playing shows before we had the new material ready. There have been changes, and we wanted to come back on our own terms with something completely new. It is very important for us to transpose the idea of a new album into the live setting, to not tread water, and to include the fans in what we’ve been working on; you will be hearing this very soon.

Tickets for all shows in will be on sale this Monday, 8th October... this is part 1...

Pues eso, que se llamará Vertikal y está inspirado en Metropolis de Fritz Lang. Se espera para principios del año que viene, y viendo las fechas de la gira supongo que estará a la venta los primeros días de enero.
