Nuevas noticias, de nuevo como de costumbre para anunciar otro producto. Ahora el EP de presentación (que recordemos que son las cuatro primeras canciones del disco) Rites of initiation por diez pavos. Se me agota la paciencia con esta gente...

Parece que hubo novedades en Kickstarter hace una semana:

Hi friends,
We just wanted to touch base with you about the record; and first of all thank you for your patience and pumped up-ness. It is inspiring. We have just a little more work to do with vocals, and then mixing on the remaining songs. Chapters 2 & 3 of Decompositions Vol. 1. will most likely be released at the same time, as the completed album.
Once everything is finished, we'll send you another message asking for your current address for the test pressings. We're expecting to be finished with the recording by early Jan, but not sure about the packaging, etc. so I can't give you an eta on that just yet. But you will hear from us through Kickstarter when we are ready to send those test pressings!
Its been a crazy year, we're thrilled to be active again and in touch with all of you again. We still have a lot on our plates and being spread out will always be a challenge for us. From our standpoint it has been worth the time spent, challenges faced, obstacles averted, and problems galore. As our friend Matt says, 'awesome problems'. It truly is an awesome problem to have so many people waiting desperately for our new songs. We're doing our best, as quickly as we can while remaining true to the quality we aim for, and trying to do justice to these compositions.

Bueno, visto el mojabraguismo de Wirrak me ha dado por escucharlos un poco estos últimos dias y hay que reconocer que están muy bien. En cosas me han recordado a Fall of troy, en otras a los Blood Brothers (sobretodo en actitud). Me gustan especialmente los gritos, no sé, tienen un tono que se sale de lo habitual, una calidez rollo Touché Amore. Vamos, es un grupo que realmente me transmite integridad, que me lo creo, y esto en grupos del estilo a veces es jodido.

Bueno son mucho más duros que The Fall of Troy y bastante más complejos que los Blood Brothers. Me alegro de que te estén molando, y en realidad es que es difícil encontrarles referencias. Cogen cosas del caos sónico de pg.99, la complejidad compositiva y técnica de unos Off Minor y un poco de los desarrollos instrumentales de gente como City of Caterpillar llevándolo al extremo e incorporando unos juegos a dos voces muy imaginativos, quizá en eso se parezcan a Blood Brothers. Sea como sea, no existe grupo parecido.
