We know that Every Time I Die has been working on new material, and should have something released by the time they embark on the Warped Tour this summer. Now it appears that they’ll be recording said new material with none other than Converge guitarist and noted producer Kurt Ballou.

Ballou alluded to this in a Facebook post showing off Paiste Cymbals he has at his GodCity Studio. “I hope Every Time I Die doesn’t break them,” Ballou teased. Granted this doesn’t exactly confirm whether Every Time I Die will be recording anything at GodCity Studio, let alone if Ballou will be working on the new album. However, Every Time I Die has been pretty vocal on how influential Converge has been to them. So not only does Ballou working with them on their new album make sense, but is also extremely exciting.
