Deftones - Koi No Yokan (FILTRADO)

La variedad de opiniones es muy grande respecto a este grupo, por eso son tan grandes, porque a mi el Diamond me parece su peor disco con la peor gama de riffs que le he oído a Stephen y el Saturday night wrist de los mejores y donde exploran brillantemente caminos musicales que no habían tocado antes y aquí hay gente que opina totalmente lo contrario.

Ojala fuera un poquitin mas cañero y chino gritara un poco mas, pero discazo en toda regla.
Esta gente cada vez imprime mejor su sello, cambiando lo minimo, y encima a mejor...son los putos jefes

¿Más cañero?, yo creo que es bastante cañero de por sí, vamos, el Diamond al lado de este es un disco de baladitas poppie.
Y Chino no grita más porque básicamente no puede, y hace tiempo ya de eso, pensé que eso estaba superado, y si lo intentara sería un error por su parte aparte de joderse la voz en el intento.

A mi el riff final de diamond eyes me parece mas cañero que la mayoria de este disco.
poltergeist es un ejemplo de lo que a mi me molaria, ese riff se sale, simplon pero con un groove tremende, y cañero.
Que luego el diamond eyes tampoco es que sea mas cañero que este, ni mejor disco, pero tenia riffacos buenos.
Lo de gritar tampoco me refiero a que sean tipo Elite y demas, si no como los que hace ahora, pero un poco mas a menudo, yo al menos lo hecho de menos en ciertos temas

Aun asi es un discazo enorme, pero por pedir...

Joer, a mi me parece una auténtica mariconada , lo dicho, hay demasiadas distancias entre los fans de este grupo

Pero es que es así. Es un grupo con muchos discos distintos, y con una división de opiniones brutal... sobre todo en los tres últimos discos. Que si uno es el más flojo, que si otro es mejor, que si tal o cual... Pero todo el mundo coincide en que su evolución ha sido lógica y sin salirse de madre.
El disco de primeras me ha molado, pero tiene pinta de ir mejorando con las escuchas. Y de primeras, en la comparación que se hacía con SNW, para mí no hay color.

La evolución lógica era Eros, seamos claros, Diamond fue una reconducción, en Saturday la presencia de los teclados había subido mucho y tras lo de Cheng la cosa cambió bastante, ya que este tenía mucha influencia en la composición, lo que no quita que este nuevo disco sea cojonudo, pero no comparto lo de la evolución.

Si, eso es así

Muy buen disco. Aún es pronto para decirlo, yo fui de los que fue crítico con los adelantos (de hecho Leathers y Tempest son curiosamente las canciones que menos me gustan del disco), pero, de momento, me parece mejor que Diamon Ayes o Deftones, aunque por debajo de Around o White Pony. Lo más gratificante, ver que la banda sigue en forma y sin signos de agotamiento.

Deftones son un grupo del cual no me puedo decantar nunca por un disco. Normalmente White pony es mi preferido pero es ponerte el homónimo y flipar, los dos primeros igual, el SNW me parece un discazo con pasajes ambientales y temas en plan trip-hop que parten la pana como no habían hecho antes.

Conclusión, no tienen un disco malo y son un grupazo, a todos nos gusta más uno o menos otro, pero nos gustan...Así que como deducción, simplemente se basa en gustos porque en discos no creo que tengan ni uno mediocre.

No se con que tema quedarme de este último, supongo que de momento Tempest y Graphic nature, además del brutal inicio de Swerve city. Cojonudo.

El riff final de Rosemary es muy del rollo, y Rosemary es de las "calmaditas",

Con 2 escuchas ya puedo afirmar tranquilamente que es un DISCAZO, lo mejor que han hecho junto con el Pony.
Para mi en la linea del Diamond eyes, sólo que aún más elaborado, más completo. Todos los temas son buenos, que era lo único que le fallaba al anterior.
Las melodias que se marca Chino me flipan cosa fina, pero es que los riffazos de Polergeist y Goon squad me ponen cachondísimo.
