Pues tengo mi primera mala experiencia con play.com, no sé si es porque tengo la tarjeta de crédito desactivada para comprar por internet o algo así, pero recibí este correo de ellos. Si a alguien le ha pasado algo parecido que me comente.Mi tarjeta es de debito y es una maestro, con el banco Unicaja, lo digo por si alguien tiene idea de porque me ha sucedido esto, mañana iré al banco a ver que pasa.El número de la tarjeta esta correcto y la fecha también y todo eso, a ver si sabéis que puede ser. Supongo que es lo que comento más arriba, que no este la tarjeta activada para comprar por internet.

If you are using a DEBIT CARD the card number, expiry date or start date may be incorrect. FOR Solo and Switch cards the issue number should also be checked.
If you have checked your details and they are correct it may be that your bank has declined your card as part of a random security check. In this situation you will need to contact your bank to allow the card to be processed.
So you don't miss out and to get your order to you as soon as possible, we have reserved any Play.com items you have ordered, and will dispatch them as soon as we can process your card. Unfortunately any PlayTrade items or Play.com Tickets you ordered could not be reserved, but may still be available for purchase on the site.
